Hector and Julio are fantastic. I moved to Maryland and seemed to have back-to-back car issues. New Again was quick to diagnose and had my car for an extremely short period of time in comparison to other places I have been. The cost was very reasonable, especially given how quickly my car was returned on each of my 3 visits. On a particularly bad day when my car broke down, I was even offered a ride to the metro! Now that's caring about the customer!
I have been an on going customer to New Again Auto Repair since they opened. From the first time I had my car serviced, I was highly satisfied with the amazing service I received. I found New Again Auto Repair using google maps search. Went to their website and requested an estimate. My experience with other business has been that online estimate/quote requests usually result in no response or unhelpful responses. Not the case with New Again, they got back to me within half day. I arrived a few weeks later with no appointment. They completed the work within a day. The paint job was great quality and blends in perfectly with the rest of the car. They provided fantastic communications and upbeat positive customer service. They were super-transparent about the price and work to be done. I value that. I hate getting the run around on price, schedule, status etc. Doing business with New Again is super easy and very positive experience.
After my latest trip, I found I couldn't get my rear hatch to open properly. Julio walked out to look with me and together we got it to work. No attempts to keep my car for something trivial to "investigate further" or overcharge.
The level of knowledge he has is helpful and you always leave with an understanding of what he is talking about. For example, he is detailed and patient in explaining what is wrong with your car. The best part is, you always leave with confidence knowing you were not being swindled.
This is by far the best auto repair body shop I have ever worked with. They were able to pick up my car and fix it in record time. When I got my car back, it was in better condition than when I purchased it from the car dealership! I will HIGHLY recommend this repair shop to anyone who is need of auto repair.
I have had mechanical work done at New Again Auto for several years now with different issues. And Julio has always be positive in the type of repairs to offer and has a great sense of knowledge. Julio has be honest about what time he will call you to inform you of the issues found, with what the repairs cost and when he would have it ready for pickup. This I like and always on time with his notification. The office is courtesy, and he explains everything to you. Therefore, I would recommend you try your repairs here, so give them a call...
