After getting in line, I was told by "the boss" that my BMW Z4 was "too dirty" to wash for the normal price, but he would do it for double ($32). Now realize, this is a sports car, half the surface area of a regular car and about a third that of a van for which they charge around $16. The car was dirty on top from debris that accumulated by not driving it for about a month, but there was nothing unusual except for the top and hood that had a greater than normal amount of bird droppings, etc. Part of that area included my front windshield which I had already cleaned easily with the windshield washer system. I refused to pay this amount and washed it myself at home with no special problems. I'm going to guess there were two reasons why I was treated this way. One is pure greed - seeing someone with an expensive sports car, he thought I would pay it. The second is because it was Sat. morning and so busy that there was little to no room to pull off GA avenue into the carwash line. He may have wanted to open up space for "cleaner" cars. Whatever the reason, there is nothing on their signs about being charged more for dirtier cars. By the way, the inside of my vehicle, which they usually do a good job on, needed no cleaning at all. I've taken my car here for years without problems (although I'd never been offered a cheaper price when I brought in my only barely dirty and much smaller Z4!) I'll be finding a new car wash to go to.
The owner was very disrespectful, when a question was asked about Uber discount. My car was still dirty on the outside and inside. Terrible service. A waste of $21.00. Will not return. Will report to better business bureau for half of the workers are probably here illegally including himself. He has hatred toward either black woman or Uber? Clearly his anger was directed to the wrong person.
Standard car wash. Decent price. Windows could have been cleaner.
Outside windshield was not cleaned of bugs. Now it was just smeared bugs. The dashboard was still dusty, but smeared with liquid zep and dust You could see the 2wipes the attendant made. So much for the superior wash
