I initially went to this place because of the reviews, in the beginning they were ok but over time I started to notice that some of the employees are very rude. My last day there I got into it with the guy who's station is at the front, I didn't get his name but he always sits there. He was very rude and unprofessional. Talking to me like I was below him and didn't understand what he was saying, i kept my cool until the end when he wanted to get loud. I didnt even let him touch my nails, i got up, cussed him out and left. Sometimes with these foreign techs they need to be checked, they have attitudes for no reason like we picked there job for them. Some of them don't understand the concept of customer service, unfortunate I had to cuss him out, but I would do it all over again. He played his self that day, bet he'll never forget me.
Now I'm a regular here and I love it! But my experience today was unacceptable. I called at 7pm today to ask if my mom can come in for a full set and pedicure. The man that answered the phone (said his name was KOH and that he was the manager) said my mom can come in but there would be a wait. He then said never mind you can't come. I asked him "why would you tell me to come in and wait then tell me no never mind". He made a huge sigh and said "Gooood damnnnnn I just told you, No!" I asked why are you cursing at me? He said he didn't, I then told him he was on speaker and people heard you. Then said said "FINE, I'm sorry", with an attitude. As I ask to speak to someone else, he hung up one me. I called again asking for his cosmotology license number, he laughed at me and hung up again. I called again, he gave the phone to the woman he was doing her nails (she told me he was doing her nails) and she laughed as well. If that ain't ghetto, idk what is. Then I asked her to give the phone to another employee, she gave the phone back to the man that claimed he was a manager "Koh". He hung up on me again. I felt so disrespected. I've never been treated this way by any nail tech anywhere. I will be contacting better business bureau. Unprofessional and disrespectful without a care in the world. This man makes me not want to ever come back to this establishment.
I went to La Lu'a nail salon for a silk wrap with extension. When "Peter" was finished my nails looked very bumpy and he did not care about nails and slopped my nails. He didn't even take the time to clean them up from polishing and setting. Very bad place. I could tell he does this bad work often. 1 Star. Save Your Money!!!

This Salon is family friendly and truly professional!! I would highly recommend this this Salon to my friends and family. My wife has been going there for many years!! We've seen many businesses come and go. It's difficult to find a reliable and good customer service these days. Thanks a million La Lu'a Nails!!!
