I had made an appointment on Monday to fix a dripping faucet and clogged drain for Thursday 11 AM. That is four days of wait. I was told to go buy myself a faucet in case they could not fix it. It took me four hours for going to the plumbing store to buy the part. I also had made sure that there was a parking spot in front of my house. On the day of appointment. The repairman called to say it was to far for him to come. They could have said this three days earlier so that I would get another get another plumber. I had cancelled all my obligations to wait for them. This is the most irresponsible way of running a business.

They showed up on schedule, finished the job quickly, and were priced very fair. The company is a family run business. Father/son (Terry and Patrick) did the work. These are now our go to plumbers.
